Hughes H-1 Racer Motor
Close-up of our Hughes H-1 Racer motor and lower cowl. This motor is being used on the newest H-1 Racer built from composite materials and carbon fiber. Because of the new design and lighter materials, the new H-1 weighs in at only 122lbs. A staggering comparison to it's predecessor which weighed in at 350lbs.

The Old & The New: The Hughes H-1 Racer
The old: The Hughes H-1 Racer designed by Aero Telemetry for the film The Aviator on it's test flight in 2003 and weighing in at approximately 350lbs.
The new: The redesigned H-1 Racer built from composite materials and carbon fiber by Aero Telemetry weighed in at 122lbs. Flown July 2011.

Telemetry Systems
The various telemetry systems we repair and service can be used for many different applications such as:
- RF video/data surveillance projects requiring wideband analysis capability
- Antenna tracking systems and satellite telemetry downlinks
- Command and control systems using remotely controlled receivers
- Fixed sites or mobile platforms requiring reliable, mission critical telemetry receivers
- Reception of satellite meteorological data from S/L/C-Band LEO, MEO, and GEO satellites
- Live video from Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV's)
